What are the names of the Twin Cities & Western paint colors and what suppliers are available?

Don't know which forum he is on now, but a few years ago modeler "Dakota Branch" painted a unit for his HO scale "Sioux Junction Railroad".

The colors appear very similar to what was used on the Wisconsin Central.

Tru Color Paints formula #117 is Wisconsin Central Maroon.

The Wisconsin Central maroon may be a given, as Minnesota state colors are maroon and "gold" but I found the gold was more of a refrigerator car "yellow" when I painted a U of Minnesota agricultural research boxcar a few years ago and tried to emulate the university colors.
