Does anyone know what the coal and water capacities of the B&M slope back tenders with the coal bunker extensions were? Does anyone happen to have a photo of the placement on the tender of such data?
Most assuredly the B&M put out a loco book with diagrams? I'll bet it varied based on which loco. For example, on the Wabash, the B-5, B-6, B-7 0-6-0s with sloped back tenders were Coal/Water, tons/gallons: 6, 3,000; 6, 4,500; 7, 4,500.

I could find only one photo that showed a B&M slope-back switcher that showed the rear end of the tender, and that one was distant & indistinct. It showed number 414 from a right rear 3/4 angle in 1949. The B&M logo was on the tender side, and the number appeared on the vertical surface of the back, just below the curve. The number appeared to be the same size and font as that on the cab side. No capacity info could be seen in the picture I'm citing, but that doesn't mean it wasn't there. I think I'd leave it off since you (a) don't know the size, or the font, or the location, and (b) don't know the actual capacities. If the information becomes available, you can always add it later.
Looks like the old Roundhouse/MDC 0-6-0 would be a good starting point for a model.

Have one already, Bachmann 0-6-0, DCC/Smoke. I stripped the lettering and painted it a flat black. I may also decide to change the cab windows as they noticeably incorrect. Ive chosed G-11-b 446 as the prototype Im attempting to copy.

I have a copy of the Boston and Maine Railroad Mechanical Department Description and Classification Book. The locomotive is listed, but the page with tender capacities for 0-6-0 and 0-8-0 switchers is not present in my copy (missing page 29). I picked mine up by chance at a used book store.
