What kind of reefers are still inservice besides the Trinity 64 ft ones?
Greenbrier makes a 72' IL one. Lots of R-70s are still in service, plus R-100s. BNSF has 72' IL Trinity's, plus some olded PCF and FGE cars. CRYX has some 64' and 72' IL Gunderdson mech reefers, but many of the CO2 units have been converted...and I just made it to the Ds. For more, check here:

David,
If you restart a new search here: http://www.railcarphotos.com/Search.php
You can enter an upper limit on IL and sort through them pretty quickly. Short cars were pretty much gone by 1980, as the end of icing in the previous decade washed out much of the shorter cars, which tended to be ice cars. By then, shippers had standardized on the larger loads offered by 54' and longer reefers.
The older FGE and PCF cars mentioned above might work for you. Oh, and you have to ignore all the RBLs, but that's where they're supposed to go.
