what´s on the cab roof of Canadian Pacific 6229 or 6234

Hi,

the CP 6229 or 6234 are- second-hand ? SD60 and I want to know what´s on the cab roof and there exists HO model railroad super detail part( after buy detail parts)? Are this special sin-clairs?

I don't know who would make the 'white' ones in this pic, but many produce the FireCracker & the Short skinny Can Antenna.
The 'white' ones could be made with appropriate strip styrene, & some wire.

The white things are probably (I don't know for sure) something to do with the future PTC requirements. The interaction between train, signals, track conditions, etc., is one of the challenges of implementing PTC, especially the continual communication that is necessary.
