I have a quick question and if somebody could help it would be great. When did CN start using the continuous CN logo on rollingstock. Thanks for any help.

1960. Those of us who prefer things painted olive green often refer to the 1960 logo as the wet noodle.

The noodle scheme was first applied to an order of heated and insulated boxcars built beginning in 1959:  The first 30-or-so cars got the green leaf herald, the next approximately 300 cars got the noodle scheme, but applied in reverse of "normal", with the large "CN" to the left end of the carside.  The final 440 cars got the noodle as commonly seen, on the right end of the carside.  The car series was from 290,000 to 290,740.  As cprted notes, 1960 is the accepted date for the first use of the noodle scheme, so the order was likely started in late 1959, with the majority of the cars built in 1960.
