Hi, I was wondering what the division (or sub-division) name for the area between Vancouver, B.C. and Kelowna, B.C.  Also, were there many grain elevators, and industries around the area?  Help!Sigh [sigh]

Hello!

According to the Canadian Trackside Guide, there are two divisions between Vancouver and Kelowna. Through the first one (The Vancouver Division), you have the Cascade Sub up thru North Bend, and then the Thompson Sub thru Kamloops. Then you enter the Shuswap Sub up thru Sicamous, then down south on the Okanagan Sub thru Vernon and finally Kelowna (with trains from Vernon to Kelowna governed by CN).

Bye!

Hi,

All right!  Thanks so much.  I was wondering though, do you know where there's good railmaps for that area?  And thanks again!
