Connected continuous loops - how to?

<br />How is it possible to connect to loops together using only a single track between the loops so that a train will run continuously? What sort of turnouts would be needed? <br /> <br />Here is a link to a graphic that gives you a very, very rough idea of what I'm talking about. This isn't to scale at all, it just gives a basic idea of the space. <br /> <br />http://home.att.net/~david.skoglund/loops.jpg <br /> <br />My basement looks like this, and I'm trying to think of a creatinve way to use the recessed coner that you see in the lower right corner. <br /> <br />
