Jouef was bought by Rivarossi. The 2001 Rivarossi catalog (European edition) shows the following kits:
1019 - new number J1048000
1021 - new number J102100
Try to find a dealer who sells the Rivarossi program. He might have access to these two - and many more available - kits.

I have not seen jouef in years but back in the 1960s they had a very interesting railroad wreck crane of Euopean design but not unlike some American makes. Some US hobby shops picked up that item.
I would tyry to get an issue of Continental Modeler and see what their classified ads say

Jouef HO Scale Kits, looking for several

I know that this company is no longer in business, however I bought a Kit from my local hobby store (they got it from a going out of business hobby store) and it turned out to be a gret kit.

It is kit number 1019 Sation Canopy. I was hoping that some out there can refer me to a website that might have this kit, (searched EBAY no luck).

The kits, 1019, 1020 and 1021 are featured on the website: http://www.joueftrains.com/Buildings_index.htm

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
