I got bored so I decided to draw up the layout in solidworks 2004, a 3D planning program. Its primary purpose is solid modeling of mechanical engineerning components, but I though it turned out decent. ITs not drawn exactly to scale, so if things look a little close, thats because they are.[:D] <br /> <br />sorry for the crappy photo quality, and you can click to make them bigger. <br /> <br />this is the original track plan, as you can see, its an adjustment of the N scale carolina Central from MR 1996. I added a small amount off the side, and it will provide room for a turntable and engine servicing facility.
