Hey, does anyone know when all these new N scale steam locos I keep hearing about are going to hit the shelves? In particular I am refering to;
Bachmann's 2-10-0
Model Power's 4-4-0 and 2-6-0
And any others that I am not aware of.
It would be kind of nice to know when I could throw some fresh meat, umm... I mean, new loco's, to the crews. [:)]

The Bachmann 2-10-0 is due out "Fall 2005", nothing more specific at this time.
The MP 4-4-0 is due real soon. Last word from MP was that they expected shipment to be air freighted from Korea on 10 June.
The MP 2-6-0 is supposedly due two months after the 4-4-0.
The only other new announcement of N scale steam that I know of is the new Precision Craft Models 4-8-2, probably Spring 2006. Precision Craft Models is new, supposedly connected with BLI. Here's a link to an announcement of this on the Model Railroader MR Express announcements page:
http://www.trains.com/Content/Dynamic/Articles/000/000/005/956jqkys.asp
The Bachmann Spectrum 4-6-0 is still indefinitely postponed while they try to figure out what they are going to do.
Regards
