Portland cement is powder concrete normally in a 50lb bag.
Tempura paint is pemixed water based craft/hobby paint.
Patching plaster is usually plaster of paris or premixed can be drywall compound unless you're in England in which case it is what we call a band-aid. I normally use the band-aids after I've done the construction. J.R.

Portland cement is usually found anywhere masonry or bricklaying products are sold, such as a home improvement or building supply store. Portland cement, as I understand it, is essentially powdered cement before you would mix it with gravel, sand and rock. It's just the powdered processed cement. Patching plaster would most likely be any sort of plaster of paris, or perhaps a quicker drying plaster. You can usually find all sorts of plaster at building supply stores as well
Not sure about the vermiculite or tempera paints, though I've heard about both.

Vermiculite is expanded mica used in gardening. A garden supply house should have it.
On the others I can only guess....
Good luck.

I'm trying to learn Joe Fugate's scenery techniques and wonder where I can find these things? I live in Sweden so the problem is to find similar things here.
Portland cement, what is that?
Patching plaster, is this plain plaster?
Vemiculite (fine), in what kind of shop can I find this?
Tempera paint, this is powder, right?
Thanks in advance
