Decal making?

Hello!
I have a question. I was painting this new engine that I bought lastnight, and I notice that I had the chance to put a few of decals on it. So when I did it, I noticed that I couldn't see the colors. I looked on the back of the paper, and it said clear decal paper. So, my question is, where can I buy decal paper that has a white back on it, so where you can see the colors? Can you get some at Office depot?
