Hi Everyone,

I am currently still running DC but plan to get a Prodigy Advance in a few months. Right now I want to add a couple walkaround throttle jacks for my DC system, and if possible I'd like to wire them so I can use them with the PA throttles when they finally make it to my basement.

My MRC walkaround throttles use a six-wire RJ12 connector. If the PA throttles use an RJ45, for example, I'll install RJ45 jacks in the layout now, and make a couple adapters for my DC throttles. That way when I get the Prodigy Advance, I can plug them right in to the existing jacks.

So, what type of connector do the Prodigy Advance Throttles use? Is it standard, or a proprietary connector?

Thanks,

John
Underhill, VT
