There will be more pics and such as things progress. I also have an HO mini, 33x43 inches that is also traction based with 3 Suydam cars, 2 North Shore and 1 Pacific Electric coach. Its a bit futher along with most overhead line poles in place and nearing the time to string the wire. O scale will take a bit longer, but if the cars run as nice as I am told they will run. I may sell off all the HO stuff and just do O scale as I can see it much easier. I did get the other half of the circle done and I can butt the two modules together for a circle of track now. Mike
Silly NT's, I have Asperger's Syndrome
Nice. Keep us in the loop!

I have 2 traction cars, an Illinois Terminal suburban lightweight, like the car at IRM #415, and a Labelle Lake Shore Electric coach kit. Both will have old school Wagner underfloor power trucks. The IT car will have an older open frame motor and the LSE coach has one of the later can motor powered trucks. I should have the IT car here shortly, then I can see if it will handle this super tight curve. Traction can do very tight curves, way tighter than most diesels and steamers could. One has to remember that the trollies could turn a 90' from the center of one 2 lane street to the center of the other 2 lane street. Here is a pic of the IT car with its power/idler trucks. I have to finish building it. Mike
2 rail O scale, love it... Do you have a loco?
I was poking around the garage today for something to piddle with and found my N scale T-trak module kits. N was to small for my eyesight and shaky hands. I have two O scale cars, an Illinios Terminal lightweight suburban coach and an unbuilt Labelle Lake Shore Electric coach, which will become a Wildcat Traction Co. car. Both with Wagner drives. I think they both will manage the tight curve, we shal see once the IT car arrives and I built the kit. I built up the module kits today and started on the curved end caps. Track is old Rivarossi/AHM flex track that I have had for over a decade in the corner of my train room. I will need to buy 2 more pieces of it to complete the loop. I think I have enough to complete the other end cap. The modules when complete are designed to be set up on top of a common train show table, so no need for benchwork, legs and other stuff that takes up space and costs more $$. I will be putting working overhead on the layout eventually. Should be easier than HO and I have done that before. Mike
