Saw video about a guy who makes commerialy made up scenic mats with varius ground covers and static grasses. Seems like a good idea to me. Done something similar with whie glue before but starting out with a base sounds better.
I don’t know exactly what you’re looking for. I put in a Google Search 1/16” Vinyl sheet and got a bunch of stuff.Maybe the link to the video would help. Mel My Model Railroad http://melvineperry.blogspot.com/ Bakersfield, California I'm beginning to realize that aging is not for wimps.
Google search "Wargame Terrain Mat" and you will find everything you are looking for.
I have a few mats made by Frontline Gaming, and they have made several appearances in my "Show Me Something" contributions. These are printed, not flocked.
Frontline Gaming has 50+ pages of terrain mats.
The best mat I have is made by Killing Fields Terrain, and it is wonderful. It is fully flocked and is absolutely beautiful.
The Killing Fields Terrain mats are pricey, but worth it.
