I am trying to creat an oval layout with Code 55 from atlas i am using the 2016 13.75" Radius Full Section for the ends and connecting them with the 2002 6" Straight . I am using 1 2050 #5 Turnout - Left and 1 2051 #5 Turnout - Right. I am having trouble to get the 2 turnouts connected correctly i have tried using the 2016 13.75" Radius Full Section and the 2014 12.5" Radius Full Section in the AnyRail software but they do not seem to fit properly together. Is there something i am missing or can someone please help me get the correct track to tie these turnouts together.

I would suggest getting a couple sections of flex track and cutting it to fit where needed. There are some combinations that just don't work with sectional track. In HO, that's why there are "Snap" switches, to match 18"r curved track (think there are some new ones that match 22"r also). Haven't put my N track down to see what works and what doesn't. A project for another day (year or whatever).
If nothing else this will get you back to the top and maybe some of our more N oriented members will have a better suggestion.

That is what it sounds like to Me. If it is....He will have to shorten the inside curve.Which will be a smaller radius. Use flex track for that.

the simple way that I can think of if thats the case is to start the turnouts on the straight, and I think if you use the 30 degree turn it will make the tracks parallel then use the curve that is one step smaller than your outside curve radius. Of course if you are comfortable using it, flextrack is way simpler to use.
What exactly are you trying to do with the turnouts - are you trying to create a paralllel passing siding? If so, what you need are some 2030 30.609" radius curves. These curves are designed to work with the #5 turnouts to bring the diverging leg of the turnout parallel with the straight leg.

For that reason, there may not be any sectional parts that exactly match up. You will need to use some flex track (easiest) or cut some sectional parts to length. This may be easier to work out on the benchwork itself rather than on CAD.
