While in the process of beginning the urban section of my N scale layout, I have to ask the question: Who is closer to true scale when it comes to N gauge?

While looking the large amount figures and automobiles that I have from Kato, Preiser, Model Power and the like, there seems to be quite a difference in scale. It seems that even within the same manufacturer the size of the people are not proportionate to either engines or automobiles for the scale, in some cases, for their own vehicles!

So what are your thoughts on this topic?
[:p]
