Lionel Strang's DCC Made Easy from Kalmbach Books. Also, Tony's Train Exchange web site:

They have a link called NEW DCC For Beginners!. A very good resource about DCC as a whole, which should include wiring. You can either read it online or download it as a .pdf file.
