Either e-Bay or a train show will be your best opportunity to find one of these kits. If you're not in a hurry, you can wait for the manufacturer to re-issue the kit (happens sometimes) or, more likely, another manufacturer will purchase the dies and start making the kit again. A lot of the Cornerstone series kits have been made by different manufacturers over the years.

I have great success finding discontinued buildings by looking at where the last shipments from Walthers went to. This information is supplied on the far right side of kit number and description on their website cataloque. I then just email those hobby supply shops that received those kits. Their email addresses are supplied by Walthers.

Ebay item: 6013152817 is a batch of N scale Walthers kits including the one you want.

If you buy the lot youi will have no trouble selling the ones you dont need! Heck, I would buy at least two of them.
