Portland cement is usually found anywhere masonry or bricklaying products are sold, such as a home improvement or building supply store. Portland cement, as I understand it, is essentially powdered cement before you would mix it with gravel, sand and rock. It's just the powdered processed cement. Patching plaster would most likely be any sort of plaster of paris, or perhaps a quicker drying plaster. You can usually find all sorts of plaster at building supply stores as well <br /> <br />Not sure about the vermiculite or tempera paints, though I've heard about both.
