Need designer for Christmas Dispaly

Bryant Park in New York City is looking for someone to design a model rail installation under our Christmas Tree, next to our skating rink. Tree is approx 40' tall, 20' base diameter, installed November 25th. Anyone interested?

If I lived a bit closer I would be. If this becomes an annual thing I'll consider it after I retire in 2 years.
