No, but I have a big DCC layout and have converted about 50 diesels, and have an old Sierra 2-6-6-2 that I'm definitely planning to convert. It shouldn't be at all hard. I've read that isolating the one brush from the frame isn't that hard. The only reason I haven't done it yet is that I'm fussing with those micro LED's from www.Ngineering.com to use in the headlights before doing the engine conversion.

What I really wanted to tell you is that no matter how hard it is, it will be totally worth it to convert to DCC. The pleasure to stress ratio is so much better now when running trains. I can just give people throttles, and they all run trains around wherever they please, and the sound units work, and the turnout controllers work, and it's just a way better way to run a railroad.
