On my table I have a foam set up but I have it set up on a 4x8 Sheet of ply wood.

Here is how I have mine set up. I have 2 6ft long 2x4 running long ways on the 8 ft board. Then I made saw horses to hold it up, Bolted it all together to make it sturdy.

Then with the frame work in place. Home Depot has these 1/2 inch thick 4 feet wide by about a foot and a half long stro foam sheet. It fits the ply wood really well. And you only have to make one cut. What I did was just hot glue the foam to the plywood. Make sure every thing i square.
Your done. I painted my foam a grass green. It looks great
So there you go
Paul Wood
