N J and Kemtron Twin Coil Switch Machines Wireing Diagrams
Posted by Anonymous on Thursday, July 21, 2005 12:04 AM
Does anyone happen to have the wireing diagram for the old N J International or Kemtron Twin Coil Switch Machines? I have purchased several of them, but none came with the paperwork. I am especially interested in how to wire the accessory terminals.
If anyone might have one of these, and could make a copy for me, I would be glad to pay for it and the postage. Or if you could scan it and send it to me, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Bob

If you have Linn Westcott's wiring book from Kalmbach (mostly outdated due to Andy Sperandeo's more up to date book on the same topic) I think you'll see how to wire it in there. Sometimes public libraries have these Kalmbach books.

Hi Bob,

You'll find wiring diagrams for twin-coil switch machines in Chapter 9 of my book, "Easy Model Railroad Wiring" (Second Edition). It's available in hobby stores and in the shopping section of this Web site.

So long,

Andy
