If you are not into sound or anything other than running your trains and not track, there are decoders out there for 10-15 bucks apiece that are excellent. Also, I have seen the Zephyr complete system going for 130 bucks. You can add a couple of your existing DC throttles and run 3 trains at once without having to switch addresses, etc. <br /> <br />Believe me, once you've used DCC, you will wonder why you waited!
