I think what your asking is for a control system that will operate signals. You should not have any problem locating the signal lights, they are readily available by several manufacturers found in (for example) Walthers. You can find a signal light control system made by Circuitron, in Internet trains. They make a system useing optics that will control signal lights from a 1 way approach and a system that will detect and operate from either direction. They cost from $24.00 to $34.00. As far as track side signals that illuminate according to turnout direction, the Tortoise motors have 2 sets of contacts. Normally open or normally closed that are perfect for changing light color when the motor is activated to change the position of the turnout.
