www.ehattons.com have the PL-9 mounting plates though I'd be careful to check the current exchange rates before ordering - they might well work out pretty expensive! The mail order service from that site is good, I've ordered a fair bit of equipment from them over the past few years and never had a problem. Peco seem a little hesitant to join the computer age from what I hear - their "Railway Modeller" magazine apparently asked people to write to them "snail mail" rather than using email recently...
