What are the best turnouts to use with 18 and 22 '' radius curves?

Anything larger than a #4 is goign to be strictly an appearance item, as even a #4 has an equivalent radius larger than 22". Atlas Custom-Line #4's are actually #4 1/2, a little less sharp that a #4.
