I am going to paint some brass passenger cars. Once I remove the window glazing (is it possible without damaging it?) [:0]what is the best way to reinstall it?
I would asume it must be both plastic and brass friendly.
These are Hallmark El Cap cars. One with the rounded lounge windows look the most difficult.

Handi Bond produces a oderless CA that isn't suppsed to cloud or "frost" clear plastics. I haven't tried it myself but am going to soon as I myself am glazing some brass cars. As far as removing the glazing, I can't help. If Hallmark used CA to apply the glazing Handi Bond also sells a deboder, but I don't think it is compatible with plastics so you might want to confirm that before trying. You may also want to consider scrapping the old glazing and replacing it with new window material of about .030 acrylic.

Yes that is me. Thanks. I hope to get newer photos up this summer. A man in CA did it for me. I now have a 6.3meg pix Pentax 35mm digital camera.
