Have a space that is 12x23 and I have roughed out a double dog bone layout with a yard and service tracks. Got some help on layout design sig on Yahoo. I have the layout posted under Arrow Creek and Western in the file section. The play seemed to work well and give me additional room for a work area along one wall. The space is really one walled off section of a three car garage in our new home that is being built. Good luck with your plan. <br /> <br />*** Foster
