Ya know those little metal pieces that cradle the tender trucks that have wipers on the axles for electrical pickup for the steam engines?
Those can be purchased seperately, can't they? Can anyone provide a souce for them? I wasn't sure what to search under...
I have a couple of pieces of rolling stock (passenger/caboose) that I'd like to add lighting to.
Thanks,
John

I don't rcall anything like that in the aftermarket with one exception. Tomar makes pick up shoes that can be AC'd or screwed to the truck side frame that ride right on the rails. if there is a particular axle wipe system you like you might try the manufacturers web site for a parts list and purchase direct.

Athearn makes a kit, part # 90201. MSRP is $3.00
Being old is when you didn't loose it, it's that you just can't remember where you put it.
