It took quite a bit of effort to vacuum out all the stray ballast floating in the static grass. </p> <p>That being said, it was worth it for that well maintained mainline appearance. For say a logging railroad, the answer to the question, "which is first ballast or scenery?", is likely yes.</p> <div style="clear:both;"> </div>
