I can load pix on my camera, but when I try to send them here, I keep getting a "you need a google account" message. I now have two goggle accounts and still get that maeesage.
I painted my benchwork with a poly furniture grade stain before assembly. It looks good, I did so hoping to reduce expansion and shrinkage due to environment. Has anyone else done so?
DonRicardowhen I try to send them here
Because you can't send them here. Posting them on google doesn't work because it requires others to sign in.
You have to follow the directions in Steve Ott's post
I suggest Imgur as a free site to host your photos.

I'm not sure if google has anything to do with photos, but many members here seem to use imgur as a place to store photos that can be added to your posts. As far as I'm aware, it's a free site, but I believe that there is a limit on the amount of photos that you can store. Perhaps others here can elaborate on how you could access that site.
I've been using photobucket for almost 20 years, and have close to 8,000 photos stored there, but it's not a free site. As far as I know, there's no limit on the number of pictures allowed.
Here are a couple of photos of my layout, which is in an oddly-shaped room with 10 corners...
The portion shown in grey has a partial second level above it, but I've not got around to showing any trackplan on the sketch.
Here are a couple of photos of the layout...

I post all my images on my own website, where I retain all rights and control.

Coated my benchwork, supports, facia and valence with acrylic latex paint, as much for aesthetics as sealing the wood.

Just think how nice that fascia would look if it were painted.
