There is a brand new one on eBay for $16.99. The seller is Trainz, a highly reputable seller. For 17 bucks, you really can't go wrong. There is also one on auction, ending Sunday.
Life-Like kits are easy to build. Lots of good photos on the Legacy Station website.

The Life-Like structure has a general resemblance to the B&O Sykesville depot of the 1880s and would likely be a good start to a kitbash of a more accurate replica. While Life-Like kits should, as Rich says, be easy to build because that is how they were designed, in fact some of their kits have tooling so old that it can be needlessly tricky to get a good result (I am thinking of their police station and downtown business center kits, which I think share some parts).

I couldn't find any photos of the Life-Like kit or it's built-version, but the photos of the prototype show a rather interesting structure.
I used the Atlas station kit for most of my small towns...

...but opted for what I recall as the Rico Station for the one in Lowbanks...
Mount Forest got a fairly large station, from Walthers, but I converted the port cochere into a post office connected to the station...
...while Dunnville got a mostly scratchbuilt station with a shopping and dining mall, along with a connected post office and a number of other leased-out offices...
