Trying to find Craft Smart French Wine paint
Posted by ChrisVA on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 3:45 PM

I watched Jason Jensens' video of him building his first commercial kit. He used a red paint called French Wine by Craft Smart. For the life of me, I cannot find it online.

If anyone can do a better job of finding it and sending me a link, I'd be very grateful!

Michaels has it, item # 10371013.  Here's a link to the Michaels page where I found it, search by name (on the right side, right above the color samples) and its listed toward the end.  I suppose Hobby Lobby would have it as well.
Now, as to the kit, I saw his little assembly video and IMO sadly - like he does too often -he  went for Mad-Max meets Dystopian Franklin and South Manchester meets Borderlands 2 (he was probably sad he forgot to chop out a section of wall and put exposed studs behind it). GIven that, I at first thought the two sheds were supposed to be abandoned bars called RxR crossing with those weird signs on the roof ridge.  I realize that over 180 years of railroad history you likely can gind anything, but were there really railroad crossing shantys with that kind of signage, or we he just going full alt-Gundam again?
