Decals for Inland grain terminals
Posted by cpr_sw8 on Sunday, August 15, 2021 6:05 PM

I'm looking for a source of decals for the vertical cylindrical grain storage silo. I It needs to provide the company name of the silos. Such as Robin Hood Flour, Ogilvie Oats, etc.

Can anyone direct me to where I can take my search. I thank you all very much.

I have decals from some Walther's structure kits, including ROBIN HOOD FLOUR, but none of them are in a vertical format.  If you don't mind cutting them into individual letters, they might meet your needs.

Some pictures (click on each for a larger image)...

Are you interested in selling or donating these decals? They look like the bees knees for me (perfect).

I'd be happy to donate them to you, but the issue is that I'd need your address, and/or e-mail address, neither of  which are not wise to advertise for just anyone to see.

If anyone following this thread on-line has my e-mail address and is willing to act as a middleman to make this connection, it would be much appreciated, as my "Message" option on this Forum hasn't worked for at least a couple of years.

While I realise that the MR Forums don't approve of references to other forums (not sure why they would consider it a threat), you could join this one even if it's only temporary, and easily send me a private message.

Murray, I've added my e-mail address in the subject area of your "Messages" feature.  I don't know if it will show, but I couldn't place anything within the actual message area.

If the e-mail address is visible to you, use it to contact me so that I can send you the decals.

If you click on the blue lettering in the quoted post, it will take you to the site mentioned, where you can join and send me a private message.  I'll then be able to send the decals to you, and you can resign from that "other place" if you wish.  Otherwise, I know of no other way to to complete that transaction.
