Is anyone aware if any company ever made a Harvey House model. Or maybe scratchbuild plans?

You may want to check shapeways to see if they might have something. Also, what scale are you modeling?
Then again you may just want to check if any architectural plans are available online. I understand the Barstow, CA train station (ATSF) had a Harvey House there. You may want to check if the Indio, CA station had a Harvey House. I seem to remember an episode of a California based PBS show (California's Gold with Huell Houser) that had an episode covering the Indio station-they may have mentioned a Harvey House for this locale.
Another idea is to contact the historical groups for the railroads that had them and see if they can help.
One final thing, these train stations were big. Not as big as Grand Central Station in NYC or something like that, but plenty big enough to dominate a layout. You might want to go online, do a search and just look at the images to get an idea.
Good Luck.

Cajon Tim, have you looked for books on the subject of your interests? The people with the "smirk" list a plethora of publications covering Harvey Houses by state and other criteria, including cookbooks. Most titles are in the $20 to $30 range. States I noted were TX, NM, KS, AZ, CA--mainly states served by the Santa Fe. The Santa Fe Railway Historical and Modeling Society (www.sfrhms.org) might have some information due to the close association the ATSF had with Fred Harvey's enterprise. In the early days, many Santa Fe stations were huge affairs, containing overnight accommodations as well as dining facilities, operated by Fred Harvey.
Once you purchase a book, it is yours for ever and you can refer to it as much as you like, whenever you like. There are dealers in rail oriented literature who might have many of the available titles, at discounted prices so, look around.

Are we talking about the restaurants or the movie star modern house?
In any case I don't know of any.

Thanks for the information. I went out and picked up a couple of books on Harvey Houses. Between the photos and a scale schematic I think there is enough to work with for a scratch build project.
Thanks Jeff, I will reach out to Shapeways. I saved another 3D printing website that claims to be able to do scale 3D printing from photographs.
I model in N scale and you are right those structures are huge, so I might have to scale it down a bit.
Thx again, Tim
Mel's link alone seems to have all of the data that you would need.
