CAN YOU USE LIQUID WATER (FAKE) ON STARFOAM?

Probably, if you put a coat of plaster or plaster cloth on top of the Styrofoam first. I wouldn't use any of the water products directly on the Styrofoam -- it would probably absorb it, if not melt away.
