My name is Andrew Dever. I retired from Disney World after 35 years in 2017 and moved to Knoxville, Tennessee. I always wanted to build a model railroad layout but never had the time. I was unable to do woodworking because of the Porch Police and HOA did not like it staying on the porch, I started my N Scale layout in our spare bedroom.
DSquareRR is an homage to my Father who was a Chemistry Professor. He always initialed this D2 for D D.

SpaceMouse Welcome Andrew, Andy? Tell us about your little mini kingdom. That era do you want to build/ are you building. What road name? Will it be set in TN? Talk to us. i am not really doing any particular area or era. I am kind or sorta modeling it after Maryville, Tennessee. My stepson's uncle lived there and is buried there so that will be my tribute to him. It is currently on a 38" x 72" layout. I am doing N scale. I have the streets drawn out and am working out the placement of things. I put them on paper but it is mostly in my head as i have somewhat of an eidetic mempry so i will always know where things go.
