Hello everyone,

If there is anyone who as experiance using Rail Modeller Pro, which is a model  railroading design program on this fourm.

I have some cropped arial photos and railroad map drawings I opened into the program as layers to place on areas of the layout to use as deisgn references.

However, I cant seem to move the photos from the bottom of the layers list to the top where I can put them above the shape benchwork I put in. I had to manully place the photos from my desktop into Rail Modeller Pro, as the program does not seem to allow you to bring in photos.

Any idea of what I'm talking about, and what I could do?

There may not be many with experience with that program here. The developer operates their own forum in both English and German with a "Working with Railmodeller Pro" sub-forum where questions are asked and answered:

Have you tried dragging the layer up the list of layers down at the bottom of the elements menu? You can reorder layers there just by clicking in them and moving them up or down the list.

I have tried Flattened Quarter, but It didn't allow the image layer to go up.
