hand throw switch question

I have all hand throw switches for my layout and I was wondering if there was a way that I could somehow convert them to automatic someday. The switches are all made by the PECO company. Any ideas? It doesn't seem like you can by looking at them but you are all more experienced than me so I'll let you be the judge.

Peco makes under the layout switch motors that clip onto the bottom of the turnout, only problem is you will have to remove the turnouts to mke the hole for the switch motors.

Gaugemaster (
http://www.gauagemaster.com) makes a turnout motor that only requires a small hole to be drilled for the tie bar to move along. The tie bar is approx. 2" long, once fitted it can be cut to length.
