I don't know why I can't find Atlas 19" r 15 deg. n scale track short of buying a bunch of RH or LH switch machines which Atlas includes a 19" r 15 deg. section piece with. What could I use equivalent to this? Thanks.

Atlas DOES sell it seperately, packs of 6. Is it just that your LHS is out of stock? You can always buy direct from the Atlas web site. The only 'substitute' you can use is lengths of flex track cut to size.
