I have laid some smooth it down, for my intermodal yard, I thought I would let it dry for a day, per instuctions, well, the next day, I went out to sand It, to get a smooth surface, but it was still damp, now I do live in a damp climate (Oregon) would that have anything to do with it, or is it possible that my mixture could have been to thick????
I think they used some on Chuck Sable's layout in the Rehab My Railroad MRVP series and it took some extra time to dry. High humidity will definitely extend drying time.
