Sorry first time here so don't blame my enghlish

I see a complain abouth the pricez for the track in a forum "too expencive"" Perhaps the dollar ? Yes at this moment de € is very strong So I buy my stuff in the US even with taxes and shipping still less expencive than Europ Good for your trade economics I think One turnout electrofroc cost in Europ around €56
For the garden I use Aristocraft very very good stuff and cheap in the us In EUROP the pricez are very high up to 600 dollars and more for loco's ( RS-3)
The favorite RR is the Santa Fe - BNSF Why ?? the love for Texas ?? or no .........from the famous movie " once upon in the west" there comes the love for Santa Fe RR ( altough no RR as come up in the movie) just the atmosphere and the music of course. The adventure ... who knows ???
By the way The big boys weren't the biggest loc's build The Belgain comp called "Cokerill" build for the Russain RR an ever bigger loco based on the Franco Costi system. That was a very hugh loc. Incluiding a condens system for large distances in Russia ( that system is stolen by the Germains in the 2 ww for their condenz loco's) See more in the book " Balgain steam era " By Phil Damphy.

So I hope to come more to this forum Thanks for all the info Hope to hear moere from it

Have you ever trieds a shop called the signalbox: http://www.thesignalbox.co.uk/, it specializes in Peco and is very cheap indeed. It hink they're stationed next to the Peco factory.

And because you say your english isn't that good:

Heb je al eens The Signalbox geprobeerd: http://www.thesignalbox.co.uk. Die winkel is gespecialiseerd in Peco en daarom ook erg goedkoop. ik vermoed dat ze hun winkel recht naast de peco fabriek hebben.

have you ever been to Texas?..it's a fine place!..but everyone here doesn't own an oil well or herd cattle.....the land is open and wild if you can get away from the big cities...and if you listen carefully...you can still hear the BNSF whistle blow off in the distance....Chuck[:D]

Argilla,

I understood your post about expensive Peco Track. I am the one that complained.

Thank you for your story, your english is not that bad. Keep working on it!

Have a good weekend.
