Looks good so far! I assume the middle section is where you will have a yard area?

Yup that's right yards in the middle, turntable, roundhouse etc over on the left and mayby a little port town on the right side

I'm thinking of a coal mine in the loop bottom left and running coal round to a ship loading dock at the port

Do you have specs like minimum radius, maximum grade, etc.? It looks great so far.

minimum radius is 18.5" in the middle section inside track and steepest grade is 2.5 % and HO of course!!

Make that minimum radius 19.5 on the inside track, middle section.

The 2.5% grade is the outside track, middle section.
