<p>Svein,</p> <p>if the main reason for the layout is watching trans go through a spectacular scenery, why not just focus on that? Forget complicated pototype-like operation and build a fairly simple layout, may be just a small station with a small yard, some staging and lots of line running through scenery. Keep the track plan as simple as possible!</p>
