Would like to DCC my Walthers EMC doodlebug : ofcourse with sound Can anybody help me to pick the right sounddecoder[?]

addition: Does any body have good pictures how to open these doodlebugs? The Walthers picture is very unclear[:(]

Now waiting for soundtraxx to make a decoder with original sound
Why the wait so long? Lots of poeple have thes doodlebugs om both sides of the ocean!

I have a new Walthers doodlebug waiting for a decoder. I'm not planning on sound but will be interested in these posts when someone chimes in.

I did open mine to see where a decoder might go.[:(]
I had to use a couple of tools to keep everything on one side free while I worked on the other.

Note the black tabs (red arrows) on the frame/floor that interlock with the notches in the window glass piece which is glued into the body. This is where the separation must occur. And it is pretty easy to break off a tab or two (As shown on the lower left!).[:0]
