A model railroad first

I changed my first coupler sets last night. I have boxes and boxes of HO locos and rolling stock... all with older horn-hook couplers. Last night I started converting portions of the fleet to magetic knuckle couplers. The first guinea pigs were a set of wood open gondola passenger cars... the coupler was previously integral with the truck. No more!
I also unpacked a host of box cars, reefers, tankers, hoppers, etc. and will convert them all. After couplers, I'll weather.
Just thought I'd share this monumental occasion...

Congratulations!
If you want to do other things, just make sure you leave one car as a "transition" with a Kadee on one end, and a horn-hook on the other so you don't have to do them all at once... [;)]
