sorry forgot to tell oyu the studs are 1x3, not 2x4. I also live in a mobile home , they are built cheap, all inside walls are 1x3 stud walls. if they were 2x4 I would not use them. <br />thanks for the feedback. I model in N scale, so a 3x5 should be about the right size layout.
