Wiring A Block Section For DCC

Thank You Andy and Andrew for your replies. <br />But NOW I'M Totally confused.I understand that you need to wire a reverse section and a turntable with blocks but what about turnouts. Do they need to be insulated as well?Also, I understand that blocks are used to let you run more then one train at a time.With out blocks how can you avoid one train running into another. Am I on the right track or totally off center here. Please help. <br />Thank you all in advance. <br /> <br />Louie
